Board of Directors

CJ Xuning Wang has served as the Chairperson of our Board since 2017. Mr. Wang has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of JS Global since 2019. Mr. Wang is the founder of Joyoung. He invented the first fully automatic household soymilk maker in 1994 and has been instrumental in the development of soymilk maker industry. Mr. Wang served as the Chairman of Joyoung from 2007 to 2022 and General Manager and President of Joyoung from 2007 to 2019. Mr. Wang holds a Masters of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a Bachelor of Electric Traction and Transmission Control from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Mark Barrocas is the Chief Executive Officer of SharkNinja and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. As executive leader of the business since 2008, he oversees the Shark and Ninja brands across 33 product categories and leads 3,000+ associates around the world. Under Mark's leadership, SharkNinja has developed a successful global growth strategy, pioneered a market-leading approach to product innovation that consistently leverages consumer insights, increased operational efficiency and productivity, and significantly expanded both brand and business footprints. His steadfast belief in the Company's mission – To positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world – has delivered steady, profitable growth and transformed SharkNinja from a small home appliance brand to a widely respected global innovation leader retailing in 32 countries with more than $4 billion in annual revenue in 2023.

 Mark is a visionary business leader with a focus on excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering innovation, quality and value for consumers through every SharkNinja product. He is a driving force behind SharkNinja's innovative, customer-centric approach to product development, and is the architect of the Outrageously Extraordinary philosophy that defines the Company's culture. Mark is an inspiring and motivating leader who exemplifies intellectual curiosity and agility and teaches by his own example the value of running towards hard work, having the power of one's convictions, persevering through adversity, and consistently performing at the highest level.

Mark has led SharkNinja since he joined the Company in 2008 to work alongside Founder Mark Rosenzweig. Together, as co-owners, they expanded and accelerated the business. In 2017, they sold a majority stake in the Company, and in 2019, took the Company public on the Hong Kong Exchange. In 2023, Mark led the Company's spinoff and public listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining SharkNinja, Mark held executive leadership positions at Aramark Uniform and Broder Bros Co. He serves on the Board of the JCC of Greater Boston and is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Peter Feld has served as a member of our Board since July 2023. Mr. Feld has served as Chief Executive Officer of Barry Callebaut Group since 2023. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Jacobs Holding AG in 2023 and Chief Executive Officer at GFK Group from 2017 to 2022. Mr. Feld holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Wendy Hayes has served as a member of our Board since July 2023. Ms. Hayes currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Apollomics Inc., TuSimple Holdings Inc., SciClone Pharmaceuticals (Holdings) Ltd, Gracell Biotechnologies Inc., iHuman Inc., Burning Rock Biotech Limited and TuanChe Limited. She previously served as a member of the board of directors of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. in 2020 and Mogu Inc. in 2019. From 2013 to 2018, Ms. Hayes served as the Inspections Leader at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in the United States. She holds a Bachelor’s of International Finance from University of International Business and Economics and an executive Masters of Business Administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Ms. Hayes was a Senior Fellow of Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Hayes is a certified public accountant in the United States (California) and China.

Chi Kin Max Hui has served as a member of our Board since July 2023. Mr. Hui was previously a member of the JS Global Board from 2019 to 2023. He has also served as a director of Nova Credit Limited since 2022, a managing director of CDH Investments since 2012 and an investment committee member of its private equity division since 2018. He also serves as a director of multiple private companies. Mr. Hui previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of CDH Investment Advisory Private Limited from 2013 to 2022. Mr. Hui holds a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Engineering from Princeton University.

Dennis Paul has served as a member of our Board since July 2023. Mr. Paul has served as a Senior Advisor at Blackstone Inc. since 2018 and as the Founder and Managing Member of Thyra Global Management since 2012. Mr. Paul has served as a member of the board of directors of Rubicon Technology, Inc. since 2023. He also serves as a director of multiple private companies and non-profit organizations. Mr. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.

Timothy R. Warner has served as a member of our Board since July 2023. He previously was a member of the JS Global Board from 2019 to 2023. He is currently the Vice Provost for Budget and Auxiliaries Management at Stanford University, a position held since 1994. He served as Co-President of the Board of Trustees of Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio from 2010 to 2021. Mr. Warner holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
