Michelle Crossan-Matos is Chief Brand & Experience Officer at SharkNinja, where she leads the company's Brand, Creative, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and global call center organizations, driving brand building, demand creation, and consumer connection at a global scale.
Prior to SharkNinja, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Ulta Beauty, overseeing eCommerce, loyalty, brand, customer insights, store design, and the award-winning retail media network UB Media. Known for her visionary leadership and purpose-driven approach, Michelle championed initiatives like The Joy Project to deepen consumer connection. She previously held senior leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America, including CMO and SVP of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, and earlier served as CMO of luxury phone brand Vertu. Michelle began her career in global brand roles at P&G.
Born in Glasgow, she holds a degree from the University of Strathclyde and has completed executive programs at MIT and Harvard. She lives in Puerto Rico with her husband and two children.
